Plaid dress

Hi. Do not trust the Sun and I am not talking about the tabloid. I am talking about the deceiving star that shines so bright. There I was lying in bed yesterday morning, thinking " It looks like a warm day, I should go outside for a walk". Little did I know that what seemed to be a fine day for science, turned out to be the coldest day this year had so far.
I am surprised that none of my photos came out blurry from all the shaking that was going around. I cannot handle cold but that's something that I will have to endure these next couple of months.
Ok, now, about my outfit. The faux fur hat is something I "borrowed" from my mother's closet. I plan on giving it back....in the summer (hope my mom won't read this).
Whenever I wear my green plaid dress with these brown leather boots, for some reason, I feel like a forest ranger. I kept reminding people in the park that they weren't allowed to feed squirrels.

Thank you dear! You look lovely here too; what an interesting hat! My mother doesn't wear anything like that so I have to buy for me :- <

Love the blue and green very much, as you know. You have also add a touch of yellow and brown in the scarf and boots; that brings the colours even more to life.
Brilliant my dear frien!!!!

I like the cold for the first few days of winter and then I hate it for the rest. I can understand why you hate to too although your winters are much colder than ours. I love the colour palette Laura. Green coat just pops and byt the way ... you don't look like a forest ranger...haha.

How come I forgot to comment on your post? :-/

Anyway, the pics came out really nice despite the freezing weather. I'm like you, I can't really handle cold either.

That dress is really really cute, too.

Hugs,
S.

i have been fooled a lot by this kind of thing where the sun seemed to insipre a super warm day. quite the opposite during winter time, the sunnniest days are the coldest. kudos for braving it in bare legs.
BTW I'm giving an amazing jeweled cuff away as a Christmas gift. you should enter it. its open to everyone worldwide!:) I dont know if u do wear gold, i dont think i have seen u actually ever wearing but if u do this would be great piece. if u dont maybe u can start now. if u detest gold ( so unlike me hihi) no worries there will be another one!

I love your outfit, so colourful for a cold day! Awesome hat. And I know what you mean about the sun, but I do love cold winter days...as long as I'm bundled up all warm.

I have to admit that when I look at you I can't understand why are you dressed that way when half Europe is freezing?!
But you look very beautiful and I love all your bright colours.

I never trust the sun, I always chekc the weather when I go out of the house but unfortunately sometimes it changes and I'm wearing the outfit for the wrong weather.
