Knitted sweater

Trick or treat? I know it's not Halloween yet but believe it or not, I am wearing a costume. How come, you ask? Well, this is a disguise. Think about it, have you ever seen me wearing something other than colorful clothes? This is something I came up with in order to celebrate Halloween with you. I am just kidding, in fact I wanted to try something new for a change and go for a more mature, elegant look.

This is what I bought these past few days, a knitted sweater and acid wash leggings. I saw something very similar to this poncho-sweater I wore today a lot on various websites and before I knew it I was very eager to buy one for myself.

It's not really my cup of tea though, the only think I love about it are the bat sleeves. Anyway, it was nice to explore a different style and be a little more feminine.
What do you think about my look, do you like it or should I stick to my everyday style?

Purple Trench

Hi. Bet you didn't expect to see me back so soon, right? Well, I've been a busy bee these past few days and took many pictures just to make sure I have what to post in case of emergency (aka bad weather). But first things first, I promised to share 7 things about me. I was tagged by Simona from La Boheme, thank you, I will try my best to tell you interesting facts about me.

1) I wore a school uniform for 12 years, so, when I got into college I wanted to make up for lost time and wear everything that I couldn't before. That's the main reason why my style is so colorful and bold.
2) My favorite designer is Rei Kawabuko and my fashion icon is Miroslava Duma.
3) I am a perfectionist and always try to improve myself, if you have been following me from the beginning you've might have noticed that through my blog.
4) My dream job is to work as a fashion stylist for musicians, but I have no idea how to achieve this goal since all my life I've trained myself for a different career. Any tips on how to make my dream come true?
5) I would like to learn how to ride a bicycle.
6) I like to go shopping by myself because I usually spend hours browsing for the perfect items and I don't want to torture others while doing so.
7) Last one. Hm...I do not know what else to tell you, so how about you help me out and ask me anything you want. I will answer you in my next post.

Now, about today's outfit. I wore a trench coat from Mango, Ugg boots, green bag from Promod, leggins and blouse from Vero Moda

P.S. I want to thank the lovely Mina from Faboulista for featuring me in one of her posts. I am honoured to be featured among other 3 Romanian fashion bloggers that I really admire. Check it out here

Green Coat

Hi, I am sorry it took so long for me to post, but the weather has been terrible here. I had to wait for the weather to come to it's senses to be able to take some decent pictures. But enough with that, I have many things to tell you and let's not waste any more time. Remember when Yvan Rodic, Face Hunter, was in Bucharest a couple of weeks ago? He took some pictures of me that day and one of the picture is up on his visual blog. See if you can spot me here.

I am also happy to inform you that I was featured on Elle Romania Street Style once again and that one of my look was Look of the day on Trendtation on October 16th. Find out more on my "Features and Interviews" page, here.

I know you must be tired by now by this  "high knee socks" trend since everyone seems to own at least one pair, but I've just decided to try these too, so, bear with me for a while. I am lucky to have found them on purple, one of my favorite colors, because they go lovely with my green boots, don't you think? The green coat I am wearing is from Mango and it's my absolute favorite. It keeps me warm and fashionable at the same time.
Oh, I almost forgot. I was tagged by one of my best Romanian Blogger friends, Simona to share 7 things about me, but I have to give this some thought so, I will tell you those 7 things in my next post, I promise.

Pink Rubber Boots

Hi. I don't know your opinion on rubber boots, but I've been dying to get my hands on a pair of these since last year. The only problem I had was that I couldn't find a pink pair in my town, guess no one thought they would actually sell. Well, you know me, I am in love with everything that's very colorful ,so, I didn't give up on my quest just yet and yesterday I finally found my dream pair. I think they are perfect for this rainy season that had just begun.

Grey Trench

Hi. I have a favor to ask you guys. I am a finalist in a fashion contest and I would greatly appreciate your support.

It takes only a few seconds, so, if you want to, you can vote for me here

I would also like to thank one of my dearest blogger friends, Nana, for giving me a blog award last week. You should defintley check out her blog here. She is a very stylish Japanese young woman with many amazing outfits.

Ok, now that we got that of the way, let me show you what I wore today. I was always a big fan of trench coats and beanies, so, this autumn you will see me wearing them often. I bought this trench coat a couple of years ago because it had a lovely cut, an elegant collar and to be honest, I've always had a soft spot for grey.

By the way, who is watching America's top Next Model season 15? It's my first time watching this show and so far I am enjoying this a lot. My favorite is Jane, the Ivy league girl. Beautiful and smart, the whole package. Who's your favorite?
